Roto Artist Internship Opportunity (Unpaid)

Location: WFO

Duration: 3/6 months (flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of high-quality rotoscoping and matte extraction for visual effects shots.
• Work closely with the VFX team to accurately trace and isolate elements within live-action footage.
• Ensure precise edge detail and consistency to facilitate seamless integration of visual effects.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously.
• Proficiency in rotoscoping software such as Adobe After Effects, Silhouette, or similar.
• Basic understanding of compositing principles and techniques.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Passion for visual storytelling and a desire to grow in the field of VFX.
