How did the journey start?
Every great story starts with a journey of hard-work. Same for me as well. I had experienced hard days, but this business turns me into what I am today. When I was a man with small money and almost no hope, Greenply was in Kolkata at that time, and trusted me. My business got a path to grow in a proper way.
How was the experience?
At that time Greenply helped me to understand how marketing works, and I tried to help them back with my working experience on how veneer works. So, my learning was not only about plywood work but also about marketing. And both of us have been mutually benefited.
What has changed?
At the early stage few people were working under me, but slowly the family grew and now each of the staffs take the ownership to work in my absence.
